CHEF/OWNER

Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Jordan chased music dreams to Toronto—but the city’s chaos pulled him into the kitchen. He honed his skills under top chefs, soaking in Mexican techniques and thriving in the heat of a busy restaurant.

He met Vanessa, and together they left the city behind, moving to Pembroke to raise their two kids closer to family. Now, Jordan cooks with bold flavors, precision, and a quiet edge of Valley grit.
